Do you believe in Destiny?

For example:

a) Have always been physically active and considered myself in good to excellent shape.
b) Lived in Northern Va suburbs for 20+ yrs with no major physical medical elements.
c) Met my husband and got married in Northern Virginia
d) Raised our son in Northern Virginia.
e) Son went to George Mason, Fxx, Virginia campus
f) Moved to the Eastern Panhandle of WV in 2004
g) DX with colon cancer, stage II in July 2006
h) Received cancer care from a local WVU hospital, City Hospital in Martinsburg, WV
i) My Onc. Doctor, started with City Hospital in Feb 2006; came from Boston
j) Met a great couple that was also battling stage IV colon cancer.
k) That same couple incouraged us to return to church
l) Have been attending church ever since 2007
m) My Onc. Dr., went to high school 30 - 40 miles from me.
n) My Onc. Dr., now resides on his grandfather's farm which is about 30 - 35 miles from where I live.
o) My Onc. Dr and I are the same age. Go figure

I think it is destiny because we feel it is destiny
I honestly thought my husband was my destiny shortly after I met him + I still think so. The doctor who diagnosed me doesn't often work in ER; he ia a very senior surgeon. Because it was spring break, he let many of the younger people take time off with his kids. I grew to really respect + admire him, He referred me eo a surgeon who specializes in GI surgery that is locally advanced or has metasticized. There was some destiny there. I believe.
