Today is my birthday. It is my second birthday since dx with cancer. Everyday is special but today I will sing and dance like no other. I am NED for this birthday and I am starting to feel alive again.

    When Mom had her birthday last fall, she sent her oncologist a hand-written note thanking him for it. Made her even happier.

    I gave up trying to celebrate my BD years ago. I have the most inconvenient birthday in the world. It is Christmas Eve. I'm always too busy to do anything special, and so is everyone else.
