leave of absence from the board

Love you all. You all have done much for me in my journey. I will be back in a few months cause I am sure as hell not going to croak from this crap. Hell, someone needs to keep screaming Attitude Attitude Attitude to all the newbies!!!

I understand. It breaks my heart to see all the young ones joining the board and the bad news we have been reading about lately. Tell that "scary old woman" that it is her "duty as a wife" to keep you totally relaxed and don't forget to post your black eye after you say it!

You're like General Patton
You're like General Patton imploring the troops to get out there and kill as many bastards as possible, and when you're finished killing those bastards, go find some other bastards to kill. And not telling us to be courageous, but reminding us that we already are.
Patton said, "I don't measure a man's success by how high he climbs but how high he bounces when he hits bottom." For us on the board, sometimes we hit bottom. Sometimes we get hit in the bottom. But we always bounce.
Thanks for all your humor and encouragement.
Take care - Roger -
