The trip to Germany sounds terrific! Wish we were all going with you. You will have to give us some details about your trips - and don't leave out the potty situation there. lol.
My 55th birthday is Sunday. I am excited! Although, my mother did die at 55 years old - not from cancer. She had a heart attack. I think my heart is healthy.
Hugs to you,

Kathi
hope you have a wonderful time in Germany. I haven't travelled much but I've been to Germany 3 times. My 2 older sons were in the service. The first time I visited was to see them and the last 2 visits was to see my sons and significant others (wife, girlfriend) and my 2 granddaughters, who are now 3 1/2 and 2yrs 9 months. My youngest son, age 20 now, went with me.
What part of Germany are you going?

Lucky number for you! I lived in Germany 3 years, enjoy, it is wonderful! Take an umbrella, walking shoes, and remember those flashing lights on the autobahn, mean get out of the way, real quick! I don't think they have a speed limit on the autobahn! -
yay for Kathi!
Hi Kathi,
Happy birthday, and thanks for sharing your 55, '55, and 5 news! I was born in Germany (army brat), but have never been there since I was 2 yrs old. Actually, I did input the address my mom had on Google Earth and saw the bird's eye view of the military housing where I lived as an infant. Someday I'll get there!
Have a wonderful trip, Kathi!!
