Dear Jo Jo
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. You are fortunate to have had your grandpa in your life for so long and to have been able to say goodbye, but I know that being so close will make you miss him so much, and for that I am sad.
Peace,
Cindy0 -

My heart goes out to you and i wish you and your family strength and comfort,in what is going to be a difficult time.
I lost my grandpa in July 1993 and i was with him holding his hand when he passed,I was the last person he ever spoke to and i told him how much i loved him. We were so close and i was only 19.
I visited where we scattered his ashed every week for nearly a year as i could not let go.
All i can say is spend as much time as you can with him, while you can,and tell him how much you love him.

He will always be with you.
He will always be with you. I know. My dad died of brain cancer 4 years ago and I see evidence of his presence often. It's weird, coincidental maybe. When I went to my MRI biopsy The first thing I saw was this huge GE logo and then the ladies told me that it would sound like a broken sewing machine. Hmmmmm.... my dad worked at GE for 38 years and did sewing machine repair on the side. Coincidence.. I think not! He was always the one who took care of me when I got sick when I was little. He's getting me through this now, no doubt in my mind. Your Grandpa will help you out when needed too.0 -

family. Make sure Grandma is eating and resting. I will ask that you do the same, as you and your body have been thru the ringer, and the last thing you want is to get sick or contract some type of infection. Please take care!

I'm sorry you and family are going through this hard time. Take care.
It is very difficult to see our family members pass on. I lost my mother and had not seen her for a year and then she died suddenly...it took me a year to get over that. We lived pretty far away in another state and I had just started a new job and could not take off work....always planned on going that next year...well that never came....I also am so very thankful JoJo that you got to say goodbye and see him.
