    No reconstruction
It is not the decision for me. Boobs are just decorative and serve no function. I am just as a vain as the next person but for some reason I really don't identify with boobs making me a woman.

    Hi Sweetvickid, Glad you got
Hi Sweetvickid, Glad you got the surgery over with and hope you're healing up good. I had single masectomy in April and am still numb on that side. I just finished 10 out of 12 chemo treatments and will be starting 30 rounds of radiation soon. Can't wait to get all this over with. I also chose not to have reconstruction but I did get a prosthesis for that side. No one can tell which one is the fake, it looks that good, so I'm pleased. I only wear it when I go out and go natural around the house. Hope you get thru the chemo without any problems. Keep posting and let us know how you're doing.
