My husband has E.C in Feb 2009 they did treatment t4n1 , The treatment was 7 weeks of radaiton and Chemo, he had no surgery, no tubes, The radaition he did what they told him wash the area before you come with ivory soap, so before he would go in he scrubbed his face and neck to make sure he removed any thing . He did have redness but not burned as I seen some people, until Dec 2009 the notice small nudules , they said not worried about them all people have them Feb they said they had grown but not big enought to do a biopsy, May they did a biopsy they said it was cancer, since he had it in his throat that is spread to his lungs, they found two tumors on each lung. Pet scan showed no other places. Just Met to the lungs, they said he was not like others they see , he is breating on his own, no tubes health is very good. He coughs allot but other than weak from Chemo, he is still doing things,
For the week after Chemo his is very weak, does that mean each Chemo he will get weaker? Can this go into remission?
He eats good and he seems to sleep good to. If you did not know him would would not know anything wrong with him.
Should we think of Going to another doctor ?
