AML Please share with me some information even though is a little bit

i have an uncle. his age is 33. he took 2 chemotherapy. Can you guys give me information whatever you guys know about AML. And what if he take Bone Marrows Transplantation, how long after he take the BMT? our family now get confusing in his situation cause some Dr said that he do not need to take the BMT then his life can longer than take the BMT. some Dr said that he should take the BMT as soon as the chemotherapy " after 2 or 3 chemotherapy" because the more he take chemotherapy is the less percent of successful for BMT? Please everyone who know whatever about that share with me even though is a little bit
