tight muscles in chest, weird
Has anyone had a problem with muscle joint pain after chemo? I have after each time I've finished a regimen of chemo. But this time it's different. My chest is very tight as is the muscle in the stomach. I had a Ct last week and will get results today. I hope and pray it's not the cancer growing really fast! My chest is so tight that I can't even sneeze when I get up in the morning. My body stops before I sneeze. It just started about two weeks ago and some days it's worse than other days. Has anyone had this weird side effect?? Also, I took a lomatil for constant diarrhea last Wednesday. Well, I haven't had a "regular" movement since. Just leakage again. Now I'm wondering if this is from the tightness in the stomach. Any thoughts??

Tight Chest
Yes. I get this in the chest and shoulders and have it now. Vigorous exercise and yoga help the most but sometimes I have to take Aleve. Its the body heat from the exercise that loosens the muscle enough to be really stretched. After I finished Folfox, this lasted about 2 - 3 months. I am just into my third month after Folfiri now. I have more good days than bad days (when I take the Aleve) but it seems to be hanging around longer this time. My legs hurt this time as well.
Give Down Dog a try!

Yes, I have stopped the Folfox and now it started. it sounds just like you said. I took advil yesterday and I felt better but I'll switch to Aleve next time. Thank you so much for putting me at ease. God bless you
