Chen,
You first of all are in my thoughts and prayers. You are such a kind spirit and have made me laugh and have been there so many times on this board. Your man, oh goodness, chemo fog, Reggie! Thats it is such a wonderful kind soul as well. I can tell by your posts about him and i remember especially the beautiful post on a ceremony about it being at the beach and how spiritual and comforting it was to you. He shared that gift with you and has been so supportive. Im so happy you have him there with you.
I am so sorry you are going through this. I am so sorry you have another battle ahead of you. Just about three weeks ago i found out i was dancing with NED. The same evening i spoke to a friend and her younger sister has been batteling bc for three years and it is now in her brain. I was so sad and thought to myself, how in the hell can i be celebrating me becoming a survivor when so many women are still batteling and some loosing? I told myself that i can still celebrate. I fought hard and won. But i can also make myself better by being there for others who are going through their fight.
I know im babbling. Just know i love you and your kind soul. Im really shocked about it all. Fight as hard as you can. I know you will. You are a warrior. Please let me know how you are. Im praying hard and tell Reggie hes a wonderful man.
Take care
Laura

Laura,
Thank you so very
Laura,
Thank you so very much for taking the time to write to me! First of all~ your heart is in the right place! You care so much about others, it is only obvious from the way you write. But know this, whenever you dance with NED, whenever you have a clean/clear test or scan, whatever good news you get, CELEBRATE! Each of us works hard to get to that place, it is only right that we enjoy it!
My Reggie is with me not just for the long haul, but for life, and those are his words. He is a good man, and I hate for him to have t go through this again...by the same token it is a comfort to know that it isn't a question in his heart. We are together good and bad, "in sickness and in health".
I have every inention of fighting! Thannk you for giving me the encouragement to face this beast with courage and determination.
Hugs,
Chen♥0
