Back for my sister. Does anyone have any experiences with topotekan they'd like to share. My sister will be starting on topotekan in a couple of weeks. She was on Doxil since January; it seemed to be working well, and then it stopped working so well. Her CA-125 began to stall, then rise. This will be her fourth type of chemo since diagnosis in April 2008; stage 3.

Hugs to all of you!

I was on Tpoptecan , it made me very sick to my stomach. The nurses switched my neausea med and also gave me a IV with Decrodron neausea med. After this I was fine. But the chemo did not work so I only had 3 months of the chemo.
