I don't know the diff. either but I was at a wellness conference today and the speaker said to take D3 too. Maybe D is what we get from the sun.... She said 20 min. of sunshine a day gives you all the D you need...But I'll probably take D3 too...also vitamin C is supposed to be really good for us...some other things I didn't know about were mushrooms! We also need zinc and copper...who knew! I'll write up all the recommendations she gave us and post them...it was really quite informative...0 -

Hey dyaneb123 - were you at the wellness clinic at Fred Hutchinson today? I went to a wellness clinic there today and heard the same things you are talking about!
It's my understanding that D3 is more easily metabolized than D2.0 -
