Swelling
This weekend I've experienced swelling of my feet, legs, and hands. I was on my feet more than usual and it was extremely hot. I'm debating going to the dr. tomorrow. I usually have to see a PA which doesn't thrill me. I'm drinking more water, and keeping my feet elevated as much as possible. Had bilateral mastecomy but lymph nodes not involved. I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them.

after your surgery .. you probably are not moving around as much, so our bodies tend to retain water .. however, call .. call .. call your doctor.
Good health, and good luck!

Thank you for you support. I did get in to see the PA at my oncologists office. She is great and she has been through all this herself. She said it wasn't anything to worry about and gave me a diuretic. So all should be well in a few days. Thanks again. -

A water pill should help you. Glad you saw your PA!
Let us know if it helps you!
