    Amen
    My husband and I just got done lighting our candles and saying our prayer. It was very moving. We're still wiping our eyes.

    God bless all of my sisters in pink.

    Love, Patti

    And finally -- firing up the West...
    We light this flame
    the symbol of energy
    of light, of life
    to remind us
    of the energy within us
    of the light of our life
    of the light that is in us
    of the light that IS us.

    Arizona is lit!
    If only for a couple hours, it feels nice to be part of this ritual!
    And know behind each candle light, there are the same hopes,
    the same fears and the same strength to win our battle.

    Three Candles are lovingly
    Three Candles are lovingly burning in Santa Ynez, California! I love and admire and am humbled by all of you~ thank you once again Traci for such a meaningful gesture. We are a living luminaria, visible literally and in the hearts of all of us.

    Btw...I posted the event on FB, so Tasha in Canada is going to light a candle too!

    Hugs and gratitude,

    My little chalice is burning bright and strong
    Okay, this may sound really dorky -- some of you are taking your candles outside in the rain, to creeks or mountaintops....

    Mine is right here --->

    on my computer.

    I lit mine and wandered around and outside my house a little with it...and this just seemed like the right place, 'cause this is where all of YOU are!

    Right here on my desk, at the computer - because it is what connects ALL of us. Still burning, too. Joined with you and all the others on the West Coast.

    Kindr regards, Susan

    I wasn't at home at 7 but I did light my candle in the car!
    And my husband, my 16 year old son and myself all said prayers for each and everyone of us suffering through this.

    I so pray this desease will vanish from the face of the earth.

    Welcoming any Mountain Time folks...
    Come we now out of the darkness of our unknowing
    and the dusk of our dreaming;

    Come we now all together.

    Cousin Traci "This Poem" is absolutely perfect. Your idea was super, but it had to be because you're my cousin! :):)

    My candle burned until 10 pm which I believe is 7pm west coast time. The #3 is a spiritual number, so 3 hours after the east coast candles were lit, our west coast sisters continued the flame of prayers, courage and health.
