That's great.
That's great. Writing/journaling is really good therapy, as well as being helpful to others.
I recommend "Red Devil: A Memoir About Beating The Odds" by Katherine Russell Rich. She is a breast cancer survivor, but you will still be able to relate to her story.

Great idea. You'll find it really therapuetic. I write a journal and it really helps me come to terms with everything.

Writing about cancer
My cousin, who had been through breast cancer, suggested I journal. I kept a scrapbook. I glued in the cards I received from so many people. I was amazed at the love and words of encouragement that came my way. I also wrote about the journey. I found it helpful to go back and read the cards and my notes, on those days when I was so weak from the chemo.
I found that the cancer took a huge hit on my self confidence. I had always been pretty independent, so having to stay at home and depend on others was a huge adjustment. I am thankful I had family, friends and home health to see me through that long process.0
