new today and looking for an answer

Hi, My friend was DX with breast cancer this week. She goes to Kaiser but was told she can get a second opinion. We live in northern Ca. Is Standford, UCSF or Davis the better choice to visit and does anyone have a suggestion as to who to see??? Thank you so much for responding. I'm a regular on the colon board as a 3+years survivor of colorectal cancer. So I know how wonderful and powerful this site can be with so many knowledgeable and positive people. Thank you for your help
