Hello, could you please share what you did? I am 53yrs old and was diagnosed with Duodenum cancer. Had surgery in July. They removed the duodenum and 2 lymph nodes. I had a PET Scan done a week ago and the cancer spread to the small bowel. I'm currently on chemo Folfiri, but was told if it doesn't work I only have 4 months to live. I am desperate, I've changed my diet but don't know what else I can do.

    Any information is appreciated

68 year old woman partial whipple Dec 2nd 2affected lymph nodes first chemo treatment was Feb 1 since the tumour was successfully removed there will be no radiation Just trying to get through the cold dysplasia and first bite syndrome wasn’t expecting it to be that harsh I live with it 3 more rounds to go Not a good time but better to be safe then sorry Apparently you can have any of the side effects of CAPOX at any time during chemo so it leaves you rather edgy
