Good MRI for husband last week, more chemo for me next week

My husbands 4-month MRI results came back sounding really good. The smart folk at UCSF say the little part that they are pretty sure was a bit of tumor left behind (or possibly scar tissue) seems to have diminished in size--haven't heard from our friend "NED" yet though. His brain tumor is slow growing so IF we have to worry about it again, it shouldn't be for several years (2-10 years). It is a tumor that has a propensity of coming back. I start my second phase of chemo on Tuesday --IP cisplatin. Yay for Hubby and yay for me! I'm gonna rock those belly toxins!!!!

Good news
I so love your attitude - go girl. Its the positive attitude that helps us win this war. So pleased about your husband's prognosis you must feel relieved big time. Now you have your 2nd round of chemo, thats 2 down and the chemo will be working hard to zap the cells. Keep up the fight.
Love Tina xx
