Hi Karen,

I know you have endo andeco stage 3a grade 2. I also know, there was no lymph nodes taken during surgery and you have 100 thickness as well.

Why you are stage 3a means you should stage 2b.

Because only ovaries metastic can have stage 3a. Is your ovaries or tube or washing is postive...

Please advise me

Staging
To the best of my knowledge, the decision was made because the uterus had either been perforated during my D&C (by another dr.4 weeks prior to my hysterectomy) or the cancer had eroded through the entire wall of the uterus....and most likely cells were released into abd cavity.
