Hello again....scanaxiety here!
We are actually 150 miles from the hotel in Houston at MD Anderson and the anxiety is creeping. I have a PET and a CT on Monday so the 'what ifs' keep popping up.
If you could all kep me in your happy thoughts and prayers I would appriciate it.
My 5 year old wanted to stay home with grandma and grandpa, so we don't have our little 'disstraction' from the stress with us. But it will be good, my husband and I are due for some time together.
Thank you all!!
Linda

The Best
Wishing you nothing but the best with your upcoming scans. Yes we have had some losses and that is so sad but we have also had successes, like you, and that lifts the spirts for the rest of us.
Enjoy your "alone time", your little distraction will be enjoying grandma and grandpa and you 3 will be back together in just a few days.
Take care - Tina0 -
I think you will be just fine young lady.....tootsie1 said:Hi, there
It's good to see you here again! I'll be praying you get only good news from your scans!
*hugs*

Now, after you get the all clear on the scans will you do me a favor and find a WattaBurger and have one for me...I love those things...I know its really not good for ya so if you would just sniff one that will be good enough for me......Listen, the scans will be fine, there is no sense in allowing something that you can't control take away from you and hubbies time together. Forget the scans and enjoy the day....Take your control back just as quick as you released it thinking about scans. There is not going to be anything there...You and I both know that....Love Hope and lots of Wattaburgers.......Clift0 -

Linda,
I've missed seeing your picture and posts, but totally know what you mean. Anyhow, I am saying a prayer for you as I write this- for safety in travel, for quality time together for you and your husband, for a feeling of calm and peace to come over you and, of course, for your scan to have good results.
Take care and God bless- I'll be looking for your post after you get your results.

I wanted to say thanks for the replys and the prayers. That really means a lot to me!
And yes - I want a BURGER from that place!!! There are so many here and they small so good!!
I will keep you all posted!

I am saying a prayer for your scans. May they be all clear! We are headed to MD Anderson for David's scans on Thursday and Dr. Abdalla on Friday. This will be the first since liver resection in March. We really do wish you the very best. You have done so well and I am sure that will continue.

Praying that you get an all clear which I'm sure you will. Enjoy that quiet time with hubby and make the most of it. Having a little one at home, you don't get too much quiet time together.
