Whoooooo Hooooo! Fantastic!
Whoooooo Hooooo! Fantastic! Or being it is rads, should it be Tan-Fast-ic?
I am so glad you finished with relative ease; you deserved to have a better experience than you did on the chemo part of the ride!
Enjoy the summer~~~know you will!

Congratulations-Well Done
I am so happy for you. Go and celebrate your progress, rad grad. I finished 1 of 21 radiation treatments today. Today was a long one. My arm cramped up and my fingers were numb but I made it. Tomorrow I bring my Rod Stewart CD to distract me. Any tips for this freshman of rads?
All the best and big hugs,

Hip Hip Hooray! Congrats for getting thru rads!
thank you so much. last year at his time I was feeling the lump. I had use all my resources
to get through this and you all were such a huge part. Its amazing how the sisiters pull together when one of them is hurting and needs help. whether physically or mentally. amazing women and men.
My arm would cramp too, make sure you mention it to the techs. because holding that position can be too hard. My techs were awesome but have never felt that cramping themselves so they needed to be told. They made adjustments. I also went to PT and that helped especially with the neck and shoulder pain from holding that position. it goes by faster than chemo as one week is 5 down. I kept crossing off the list. best wishes for an easy time of it!0 -

I'm a week out and really seeing improvement each day. The area that is still very red is the scar area where they did the last 5 treatments. The good news is that I have no feelings there! Ever since the mastectomy it's been numb. Will that ever end?

My other side has sensation but cant remember when it came back. I am holding the list of my rads appts that I crossed off every day. It symbolizes all treatment done, which is technically not true as I have tamoxifen, and a bone drug twice a year, but its good enough for me!!!0 -
