recently my wife was going for internal radiation therapy and the Dr. put one of the probes up into her urinary tract into her bladder I was just wondering what or if i could take legal actions against her if it could pose possible complications with her urinary tract

    That would be a question for an attorney. I had those same internal treatments and know how painful it is. But they have you sign all those forms before hand that says they can make a mistake and you can not file a lawsuit. Do you have copies of everything you signed?
