Get Your Rear In Gear

How many of you are participating in the Get Your Rear In Gear 5k walk/run? We have one here in the Twin Cities this weekend. I will be walking it (wish I was in shape to run, but I am not) I feel happy that I am well enough to participate though. I look forward to meeting the other fellow survivors.

    Thanks, but I'm a long way from the Twin Cities. I think I could do 5k meters, if they ever have one of those events in Honolulu.

    I didn't know you were in the Twin Cities!

    I do the Get Your Rear In Gear in June in Rochester. I have a strong strong bond with Mayo and I prefer the weather in June! I had a wonderful time last year- couldn't quite do the entire 5K because of bad neuropathy in my feet.

    The Underwear Affair
    We're all doing "The Underwear Affair" here in Vancouver in July. 10k run or 5k walk. We have a couple of runners but I'll walk.
