Ashley
I follow Ashley's journey and receive updates. Last week her mom posted that things were not good, the cancer had spread, and Ashley was so very weak.
I am so very sorry. I always had a hard time wrapping my mind around a 20 year old with colon cancer and now her death.
I am so very sorry.

she is at peace
I am so very sorry to read the news. it's just so sad to hear of someone so young having to go through this. It makes me mad and want to fight even harder. I know God is in charge and that is comforting, but please try to find peace in all what you have had to watch. God bless you and thank you for sharing.

I read her story
Just so tragic and at such a young age. But my surgeon told me the youngest patient he had with colon cancer was 17. So this disease as with all cancers is not just for the over 50's, wish doctors would realise that and not just brush off young patients if they come in with bowel problems as being IBS.
