2010 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure

I just uploaded 3 pictures from the Komen Race for the Cure that I participated in yesterday on the Expressions Gallery. It was really a moving and inspirational event. I had about 20 member in my team, and one of the pictures is part of my team. It was a beautiful day for a walk and I almost made the whole 5k. Next year I'll do the whole thing. Anyway, if you're interested in seeing any of the pictures you'll find them in the Expressions Gallery.

I hope everyone who was doing the Relay this weekend had a memorable experience also. Connie

    I'm glad you enjoyed the pics. One of my friends that walked with me did a slideshow. If I could figure out how to add it to the Expressions Gallery, I would. Yes, I'll make the entire 5k next year. Hopefully, I'll be in a little better shape. Connie

    Glad you enjoyed the pics. It is a pretty area where we walk, and it was a perfect day, too, which is nice since we've had so much rain and snow lately. Sprincg is having a hard time knocking winter out this year. Connie

    What an experience right Connie? This was my first Revlon walk/run and just the feeling the vibe in the crowd is uplifting.

    It was an amazing and very emotional experience being surrounded by all of these warrior sisters. I could feel the power that came from them. It really does make us stronger when we know we are among such strong women. I'm glad you enjoyed the pictures. Connie
