Lost her battle with breast cancer. She was a wonderful performer and will be sadly missed.

    I just read about this. The article said she was diagnosed in 2002, had a mastectomy in 2003 and chemotherapy. She fought a long and hard battle. Very sorry to read about her death.

    Very sad....
    I'm sure she had the BEST doctors, the BEST treatments, AND all the money she could need to fight this battle. So very sad that they can't find a cure....
