Do you use both types of Biotene Mouth Spray and Stoppers 4 at the same time, or just stoppers 4 before bed ? -

I dont really use anything,
I dont really use anything, just keep a water bottle by my bed that I will periodically wake up and take a sip of. I brush with Biotene toothpaste. I also take an Aleve because Im having tooth pain issues, dentist says Im grinding my teeth at night, but the Aleve helps to go to sleep and stay asleep more restfully. Good luck, and your saliva should slowly return like everything else. My issue is that my tongue is still REALLY sensitive. I cant eat anything spicy, hot, anything with vinegar just kills me so no more pickles. Boo.
