I just wanted to thank all of you again who responded to my question regarding my neighbor, who was diagnosed with mylofibrosis. Unfortunately, Fred passed away on Monday. Technically, not from the disease itself, but from a staff infection and fungal infection. It is believed that had he gone sooner to MD Anderson, the study he had been approved for my have been some benefit.
Thank you again for all your kind words and thoughts. HUGS to all of you!

I'm so sorry
I am so sorry to hear about your neighbor. I was just telling my Mom about talking to you on here and giving you what info I could about MD Anderson. I wish I knew what to say, but will be thinking about you and your family and neighbors and ya'll are in my prayers. Brandi0
