Well, I had chemo #3 today. It was also my second CA125 test since the surgery. Just to refresh...
Before Surgery 9824
10 days after surgery 7583
Today 86!!!!!!!
Yes, eighty six, that's not a misprint. After 2 chemos I had a 7497 drop in my CA125!
I'm not in the normal range yet, but now I have high hopes that someday I will be putting on my dancing shoes!
Thank you all for your support and encouragement. I truly believe that without prayers and positive thinking, I wouldn't have made it this far!
HUGS!

Yay, Leesa!
I am thrilled that you got such a good "score". Not surprised, but thrilled, just the same.
My CA125, which started out at 4,000, only fell to 245 after my second treatment, so I'd say you are doing GREAT! When my number dropped into the "normal" range (after treatment number 4)...well, I couldn't have been happier if I had won the lottery. -

Great news!MK_4Dani said:Making Room
Wonderful news Leesa. ...gladly making room on the dance floor for you! Hang in there and get plenty of rest and drink water.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful news! Love hearing it! I have to start a new regimen this week -- 3 weeks on with Taxol and Avastin with one week off and then three weeks on and one off, so forth. Forgot to ask how long I'll have to do that.
I just know you're going to be dancing with NED soon!
