He is in charge and some times we forget and try to do it our selves lol
So glad to hear it! See, researching on the internet before you knew is not a good idea!
I know, it is hard not to when the world is at our fingertips, but it can drive you insane!

I agree with you Kathy. When Scott was first diagnoed that was my first instinct, research and research, one of the first places I checked scared me to death so I went on and talked to an oncologist on Cancer Centers of America, he told me not to worry and to wait and see what my son's oncologist had to say. I took his words to heart and did just that and I am eternally grateful that I did. I did find this site and I really do find it helpful when I do have any questions, it helps talking to people that are going through this themelves or have relatives or close friends going through it.
Onto Luanns news it sounds promising and that is wonderful. I truely believe that the power of prayer can do a lot of things, it helps to have God to believe in. THe first thing I did when we got Scott's diagnosis was to call my brohter and ask him and his son-in-laws to come down and administer a blessing to him, they also administered one to me to help me have the strength to handle everything, the feeling of calm that came over me when they administered the blessing made me truely believe God was touching me and letting me know all would be ok. It was a moving experience. I am glad that you have faith in God that he is helping you through this.0 -

I am a gospel singer and have been for years so when I got ill 3 yrs ago I never gave cancer a though because I felt like I was above the devil striking me the way he did. I know that I surviver the 1st go round becuse if his love and healing and I know I will get through this one as well and I told my ONC that the devil picked the right one to give it to because he had no idea who he was dealing with and I am a fighter where as some one else may not be strong enough and lay down and die...thanks for your words and I will take them to heart...0 -
