Went for my six week post surgery visit today (actually 6 weeks and 2 days) and my urologist told me to just live my life. He was surprised that the last three week I have pushed out 50+ miles per week average and now and I have no physical restriction and I can prepare for my Half Dome climb later on this year…He also gave me a RX to Tramadol since I have not been able to exercise my shoulder I have major pain to work out of it (from old climbing accident) while I build back up my upper body strength…

Since my 4 week post surgery PSA was ZERO my next PSA will be in 3 months from March 31…My urologist now recommending to me to only get radiation if my PSA goes up but I will need to be monitored every 3 months (remember that I had right Seminal Vesicle involvement) instead of just getting the radiation it the 90-120 days post surgery time frame as originally recommend by both surgeon and Urologist…

He says I will need to be on a low fat diet (I already am) the rest of my life but can have the occasional steak and greasy hamburger…He is pushing the consumption of red wine and tells me to enjoy my scotch too…

If the good Lord is willing I just might beat this Prostate Cancer beast…in the mean time one day at a time…I am truly blessed

Best to all

The best feeling I have had
The best feeling I have had in the last six week (aside from a zero PSA on week 4 , intercourse with a woody with orgasm and my loving wife, family and friends) is that I have been running around all day since Wednesday with my running short’s hanging loose (no underwear)… a simple pleasure…funny what I find to be a wonderful thing these days (and this is really good if you think about it…no not hanging loose but simple pleasures)…

Enjoy and the best to all-BD

    Wow
Man, you are going great..."intercourse with a woody with orgasm and my loving wife, family and friends."

I have also taken the advice on the red wine.

Remember that my woodies are provided via bi-mix penile shots ( I am just 6 weeks+ out post surgery) but I have had them since day 12 post surgery 2-3 times a week plus I am taking 5mg Cialis daily … This is the EO therapy that my URO and Surgeon has recommended and I am looking forward to just getting a woody with 5mg of Cialis or natural but right now take it where I can… Live life each day
