I did read your first message under "Primary Peritoneal Cancer", but you might want to start a new thread. Most of the members here have OVCA, so not everyone may have read the PPC thread.
You should ask your doctor to do an ultrasound or CT scan, if nothing else, just for the peace of mind. Also, a CA 125 test.
The symptoms of OVCA are very subtle, especially in the earlier stages. By all means, get yourself checked out, but don't be afraid to believe your physician if he says you don't have ovarian cancer. The odds are on your side. Only about 1.6% of the general popoulation will develop ovarian cancer. If you have ever been pregnant, your odds are only half that.
Be sure and let us know what your doctor says. If you do have to join our club, you will find unconditional support here.
