updated now.
Okay the dr couldnt put a stent in because its on the side of the fistula I think that is what they said. Any way since he has this hole all the fluid goes into the hole and into his lungs. So they need to fix it asap. He is on two vents, they are moving him to presby and dr.luketich is going to do it tmw. They are going to use tissue to repair it. He may have a trach put it but not sure. Its hard to say whats gonna happen cause they havent even seen him.
Please please please keep him in your thoughts.
God bless
Tina

I know it's difficult especially when you don't understand what is going on. I do know that if anyone can figure it out Dr. L will. Make sure that you ask questions and make them answer you in a way that you can understand.
If I can help in anyway and you have a specific question just private e-mail me. I also live in Pittsburgh as you know.
My prayers continue to be with you and your family.
God Bless,
Kath
