Continence Therapy
Trew,
I just had my catheter taken out this morning after having a robotic prostatectomy. My doctor's website is:
http://www.roboticoncology.com
KEGEL exercises are the only therapy. I started doing them a few weeks prior to surgery and will begin them again in a couple of days. If you need to, I suggest you start them immediately.
Best of Luck

I'm asking for info beyond kegels. Kegels sometimes just aren't enough.
You know the song, "I was working in the lab late one night when ...." effect- that is what I want to know about.
This stuff can be scarier than holloween!
Now, sleep well and practice those kegels.0
