Just received a card from a b/c survivor who has made it her mission to inspire other survivors, while coping with a recurrance herself. Hope this lifts your spirits as much as it did mine:

"No one can go back and make a brand new Start. Anyone can start from now and make a brand new Ending."

    How poignant~ thank you so much for sharing a bit of your friend with us! She obviously has a beautiful heart to be able to reach out and encourage untold others, both friends and strangers while she herself is once again doing battle.     Crossing the finish line

    When we cross that finish line is our victory to being cancer free.
    My motto is: The cancer won the 1st battle now I've won the 2nd because I'm CANCER FREE
    but the war is not over for I will NOT give up no matter how long it takes.

    GOD BLESS EACH ONE OF US THAT IS FIGHTING THIS WAR.
