UPDATE ON BONNIE

I hope Bonnie and her family don't mind, but for those of you who don't view her Caring Bridge journal, here's what her daugther or daughter-in-law posted yesterday:

"Talked to Randy a bit this afternoon. Mom's pain is a bit better and she has sat up a couple times. They are watching her temp, last check it was around 101.7, and her pulse which has been running high. Still nothing by mouth other then ice chips and she is resting a lot which we expected the first couple days. Docs are saying the surgery went really well and they are happy with the outcome so it is just the healing process to go thru at this point.

Thanks for continued prayers. I will add to this if I hear more this evening otherwise it will be tomorrow."

I don't like the temperature, but I'm sure they are all over that with a watchful eye. Overall it sounds really positive for our sweet girl.
