stomach cancer spread to pancreas

Hi, My brother's girl friend has stage 3 stomach cancer. He doesn't give me much information but I know it has spread to her pancreas. I know at this time she is unable to have stomach surgery and she can not take chemo or radiation so she is on some other type of cancer drugs. I want to support my brother but he keeps everything to himself. Can someone tell me what is happening to his girl friend and what her prognosis is. I am worried about her and I am also worried about my brother.
