Mr. Marshall, not a redhead!!!
Just wanted to be honest, when I ordered my wig I thought I was getting light brown and red is what came in and the lady said no returns, now Ron loves it and he took the good picture. I am a real techno dope, I tried to post my pics on my site and all I came up with was a flower pot on my porch????? I had no idea I actually succeeded in getting the right picture on. But I am feisty, whether it is a wig or not!!! Thanks for your words of encouragement, Bill they mean a lot to me and all the others here on this crazy journey.

love your photo!!!
Donna---Like I said --love your photo!! When I saw it in email, I didn't realize it was a wig! I thought it was a picture of your hair before all the treatment----wow they do a good job. You must be feisty & stubborn to be to be patient enough to get your photo on here!
HAve a great weekend.

I loveit
Donna,
No wonder you and Ron made it through your tuff surgery, you both are fiesty, and tough cookies, I can see it in that face. I saw where your son was on Facebook under cancer awareness and posted your picture, so I posted one of Jeff, trying to keep it going.
I love the wig, it looks like your real hair, when your real hair does come back are you wearing it in a mohawk or regular ha ? I am glad we finally got to the see the real person now.
have a good weekend and thanks for posting you are almost at the end of your journey so hang in there. Nobody told us it would be easy but you are so close to the end of your rainbow.
Love and hugs

Hi Lori,
We loved the pic of Jeff and Ron could not get over how good he looks. I am real thin yet so we want to know what is Jeff eating because he looks really hale and hearty in that pic. Thanks for keeping me company by posting Jeff on too, glad to see him in person. My son did not mention to me what he was doing so I did not know I was on EC Awareness FB until Jane mentioned it in a posting but that was great anyway we can get people to think about EC is alright for me. I have to have more weight on to get my j tube out which is really a bother since 12/8 but I know I needed it. My real hair was light brown with the help of Clairol but we think I might be getting white hair when it grows out??? maybe I will dye my hair red. LOL!! take care, prayers always,

Donna,
I was wondering where you got your wig from. My sister in-law just found out she has breast cancer. Is having a masectomy Thursday and was wondering how to get a wig.Yours looks so pretty and real she has about the same color hair>
Hi Mary,
Many hospitals have boutiques for cancer patients and that is where I got mine at Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Towson MD, but I know even my cancer center has a boutique located there. So it should not be hard to find a place. Mine was not that expensive. The wig lady told me not to cut it but I took it to my hairdresser and a lady very familiar with wigs trimmed and cut it and made it look more natural. Hope your sister does well, prayers for all.

Donna,
Jeff is doing really good, it will be one year on April Fools day that he was diagnosed, so you know he is blessed he is alive. Remember Jeff was stage 2, He weighed 285lbs to start so he had alot to spare to loose, he is now down to about 225 and the doc is okay with that, he eats pretty much what he wants, no thick meat like steak, ribs, brisket, it seems it get stucks alot and thats when we have to vistit ER so he has decided not to eat that he eats alot of chicken, fish, and baked products, with hamburger, in the beginning he ate alot of cream of mushroom soup, he loved it along with eggs, potatoes, mac and chees stuff soft, and alot of ice cream. but that gave him stomach cramps so he laid off milk products.
Last summer he didn't get to do much work outside, so he is enjoying knowing he is breathing and able to do some stuff outside. He still has his port in but hopefully that will come out next month. we will see.
You know just hang in there you are almost through with this journey and yes your hair will grow in a different color Jeff's did.
If I can help let me know
