I can’t help with this type of cancer, but I can welcome you here to CSN. I guess we all have a different type of cancer I am NPC which is also a rare type of cancer here in the USA but not in the rest of the world.

I get so frustrated with the word rare. Just means we are the minority....shame on the medical proffession ! I have been advocating everywhere I can for rare cancers. Educating the public and doctors is very frustrating...but I can't help it, I guess being a 60's child brings out the advocate in me. Sorry for venting...you are a special person, and remember just because we have rare cancers we count too ! I'm sure we all feel the same way ! Hope all is well, Katie0
