My latest update

Thank you to all of you who have been so encouraging in my last post. Today I got more news. The biopsy of the nodes in my abdomen did show cancer cells. The PET scan lit up nodes in my neck, breast, and abdomen.

What's next? A biopsy of the brest, possibly another biopsy of the abdomen. The dr. isn't sure yet if these are colorectal mets or if it is new, or both.

Keep praying for me. Either way, looks like more chemo for me. No more answers for me until next week though.

    I'm sorry you got more bad news,my doctor compares the scans,and biopsy's everything.I hope it gets better for you,just don't ever give up,just keep on fighting,what ever you do.I will keep praying for you.

    Sure wish the news had been better. Gearing up for another battle with cancer and treatments will be difficult but know that the folks here will be in your corner.

    I am sorry for your news. It must be so hard to wait for more answers, waiting can be so hard. Keep your hope alive! I have read it can be rare for it to travel to the breast. You are in my prayers.

    It looks like you will be back in the game again. You beat this in 2006 and you can do it again. Come back and let us know exactly what you are looking at. I'm sorry for this very disappointing news that something is again going on. Tina

    I'm sorry to hear your news. I guess it does look like more chemo. I know that lousy feeling, but also know that after the shock and disappointment passes a bit, then you get yourself into fighting mode again. I will keep you in thought and prayer.
