Pet/Cat Scan

for the best. After doing the Zevalin.
My blood counts are still too low. I did have a Neulasta shot 4 weeks ago and my wbc went up to 6.1 and then the following week it dropped down to 3.9 and now it dropped to 3.4
I dont know why it dropped again. My platelets did go up to 105, I have 6 lows and 2 highs.
So after all this time. So I will see my Oncologist next Wednesday.
So have some questions for him.
Hope you all are doing well.
It is so good to hear from others. I pray for everyone.
Hilde

Hang in there Hilde. When do you get your results? Sending some prayers your way.

Hi Hilde,
Good luck on you PET/CT results on Wednesday. I had a Ct scan today and will be getting my results on Wednesday also. Results day and St Patricks Day! Here's hoping it's a lucky day for both of us. Everytime I do a PET scan I have at least one false positive so my ONC no longer wants me to have them. I think I've had 8 PET scans in the last 2 years with 5 false positives and a positive surprise diagnosis of DCIS breast cancer.
Please let us know your results. I will be sending you positive thought for a long long remission.

I suppose I was hoping my Oncologist would call today which is stupid. But I have an appointment on Wednesday. So maybe they will wait till then. It is nerve racking.merrywinner said:Hoping for the best.

I pray for your good resultS. They can tell the Dr. your results in 2 days. Why do they make you wait. I had my port removed today and I am so glad. I have good veins so they can put the Rituxin in that way. Let us know as soon as you do. Think positive thoughts.
