Digestion/Activia/Constipation/Food getting caught

I was wondering if anyone has tried Activia to aid in food dogestion. Also I was wondering if anyone struggles with constipation? Ive also seem to have started getting food caught. Any suggestions??

    Hi,
    My home nurse told me to take stool softeners, I am still on liquid meds so I buy generic and take a couple of teaspoons a day and that seems to help that problem, my chemo gives me constipation and that follows that up with diarrhea so I go back and forth. With the food getting caught, I only have a little of that and from what others have said on the board, I would definitely bring that up with your surgeon and or drs, because there is a high incidence of people getting strictures after esophagectomy. I am sure others here will have more suggestions to tell you. take care, prayers for all,
