Arimidex Clodronate Disodium and nausea

I have been taking these two medications for the past two months following chemotherapy. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing some mild daily nausea on these medications and if so have you found anything that has helped relieve it.

    I have to take the arimidex
    I have to take the arimidex at night right before bed. It makes me nauseated in the mornings but doesn't bother me at night.
