Hi There,

Would really appreacite some input. We just got back from the Oncologist and received the pathology report. Is there a difference between serous carcinoma and serous adenocarcinoma? I can't seem to find any info on it...

Thank you!

Amanda

    This site should clear it
This site should clear it up.

ACS :: What Is Endometrial Cancer?Oct 22, 2009 ... Some less common forms of endometrial adenocarcinoma are clear-cell carcinoma, serous carcinoma (also called papillary serous carcinoma), ...
    www.cancer.org/.../CRI_2_4_1x_What_is_Endometrial_Cancer.asp

Hey, seems there is a general form referred to as endometrial adenocarcinoma and serous is what we refer to as uterine papillary serous carcinoma.

This is from google. Try to copy and past the stuff after the www. for the whole site info.

I was hoping it was actually a less aggressive form. Thanks for posting!
