Sorry to post this here, but did not know where else to post this, so here it goes...
I think in addition to the discussion boards, there should be a general
help&support page, for people who have questions about general use of the
website, etc. Maybe a feedback forum place as well?

    Not a bad idea, there is a feedback button on the bottom of the page, naybe ou wshould try that & tell them what you'd like?
