You both grabbed our hearts, affection & prayers on this website. You both fought so hard, with so much grace & steadfast determination & LOVE!---It was truly inspiring to those of us here, around you, at CSN. We pray that God's comfort & peace will surround you now at this time of sorrow. Know that it is not an end, but a new chapter...
    God Bless

    A Tribute To Kathy
    Dearest Kathy
I would like to send you my deepest heartfelt sympathies at this time. Please know that you and Al did everything possible to fight this horrible disease. You were both so helpful to others on this board. Know that now Al is at peace in his new home. Please continue to be on this site with us to encourage and teach others all that you know about this disease. I am hoping that these comforting words will help you through this day.

    Dear Kath,
I already said a lot on your post but I think Lori has a great idea for us to do our postings here on the board where we all have been so close and shared our sorrows and defeats. I was so happy when Al got cleared for the surgery and got thru it so well and so upset when the back pain turned into what every cancer patient fears the most. Kath thru all the trials and troubles that you went thru, you always had encouraging words to the rest of us. Sometimes during your darkest times, you took the time to give advice something you had learned from Al's experiences. You shared yourself and Al with us and that was a great gift. I know Al is free of pain but I know you will be sad and missing him, so I will continue to pray for Al to be at peace and for you and your family to have some moments in the future when you remember a good time and laugh and smile over your beloved Al. Prayers continue!!! love and hugs,
