Rads question

Anyone ever experience constipation while undergoing radiation therapy? I'm only on day 8 of therapy. ..

    Yes and No
    I have had one or the other since treatment started in July, however, I attributed it to the chemo drugs and the iron tablets I had to take to get my red blood cells up.

    Not during radiation, but
    Not during radiation, but definately during chemo...my Dr suggested Milk of Magnesia, and of course, to continue drinking lots and lots of water. Be sure and give your Dr a call~ being constipated is no fun at all!
