18 years Post transplant for CML and experiencing chest pain

I am 39 years old and 18 years post transplant for CML. I was treated with Cytoxan prior to BMT and know this to be a heart toxic drug but I'm not sure what other drugs I was treated with or if total body irradiation has the same risk as radiation directed at the chest. What I do know is that I have been experiencing vague discomfort in my chest for the past couple of weeks. It is intermittent and sometimes more of a dull ache but I've also started to feel it in my back. Anyone else had this experience?
