I am hoping and praying that the miracle occured and your liver is clear. Please let us know the results so we can continue to pray for your needs. I am an anal cancer survivor myself treated at Sloan Kettering in Aug-Sept of 08 with the standard radio and chemo. I'm still clear thank God.0 -

Hi Joanne,
I've been anxiously awaiting your posts. Any news on the MRI?
Thinking of you and praying for you.

Thanks for asking. I had appointments all day today, including another CT. I see the surgeon in the morning and he will say whether or not the resection is a go. So I really don't have any definitive information to report. They did give me a copy of the MRI report but I understood little of it. However, one interesting fact was that it said "gallbladder present without stones or biliary dilatation visible". WHHAATTT? I had my gallbladder removed in 1989. So I WILL be asking for some clarification of that tomorrow when I see the surgeon. I will post tomorrow evening and let you know what the plan is for Friday. Take care.
Blessings,

Joanne,
Thank you for updating us, as I was concerned too. That is really odd that the MRI indicates a gallbladder present, when you had it removed in 89. I am curious to hear what they have to say about that. I hope everything goes well with the surgeon tomorrow. I wish you well.
