    January 2nd is my b-day. I will reach 45 this coming year or so that is what the addition tells me. All last year I swore I we 43. I had forgotten through the chemo that the calendar rolled and I became a year older. Imagine my expression when I realized I was not really the age I thought I was! I am blaming that on the medicine!

    And first chemo (T/C) is this Friday, 02-26, so I expect to be bald by my birthday. When it happens, I'm gonna try to think of it as my special "gift" to myself - chosing LIFE, over hair...

    August 23rd for me, too. I will be 36 this year. Still can say mid-30's, I guess. You know I used to dread getting older ("oh my god, I'll be 40!"), but now seeing 40 will be such a BIG celebration! Hugs to all you birthday girls.
